Returns process
We hope you love the items you purchase from us, but if you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to notify us of your return and send the item back.
Please email us at: info@gocciashoes.com to begin the return process. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- A short description of why you would like to return the item
- A picture of the damaged item (if returning due to a defective/damaged item)
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags attached and the original branded boxes included, placed inside a protective outer shipping box. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any items that do not meet these criteria.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for packaging the item and shipping it back at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. We are not liable for any items damaged or lost during return shipping.
For non-defective products, returns must be shipped using a courier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to the following address:

Upon arrival in Italy, customs will assess importation charges, which are typically around 40% of the declared product value. These charges will be deducted from the total refund. The remaining balance will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and processed in-store.
The exception to the above is in the case of faulty items: if the product is defective, Goccia Shoes will cover the return shipping costs and importation charges. Please inform us as soon as possible by emailing: info@gocciashoes.com.
Please note that any import taxes or duties paid to receive an item are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time required.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, you will need to place a new order and return the original item.
